The Young Carer Action Crew (YAC YAC) is leading an exciting new project to create short, engaging videos and digital content about young carers thanks to generous funding from ANSVAR Insurance.

We're looking for young carers aged 14–25 to join a small project workgroup who will meet regularly in person and online until the end of October 2026.

Together, the group will explore what people need to know about young carers, develop ideas and stories, and create youth-led content that can be shared with schools and community organisations.

No experience is needed. You don't need to be confident on camera either. There will be different ways to contribute, including coming up with ideas, writing, creative development and voiceovers!

The project will be delivered with support from Young Carers SA staff.

Please Note: this is a project-specific opportunity and joining the project workgroup does not mean joining YAC YAC as an ongoing committee member.
